SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days, however, please allow up to 7 business days in case of shortage or extenuating circumstances. Tracking will be provided once the package has been shipped. Please reach out if no such information has been provided within 2 weeks. For custom orders please allow an extra 1-3 weeks for shipment depending on complexity and order size. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 45-day return policy. You will have 45 days after receiving the package to start a return.
The item being returned must be in the original condition it was received, unused and new with all accessories included, and in the original packaging. This includes the protective brown covering on the back of the displays. After a return is accepted you will be given a return label and instructions on sending the item back.

EXCEPTIONS
Custom, personalized, and bulk/wholesale orders are not qualified for returns. This also applies to gift cards and items on sale/clearance. Please ask us if you have any questions about a specific product or order.
REFUNDS
Once a return is fully processed on our end you will be notified and refunded the amount to your original payment method.
